Business Development

Hugh Davis began his career with a national subsidiary of Recruiters International in 1989. His tremendous commitment to his clients and candidates earned him RI's most prestigious award of Account Executive of the Decade, national recognition as National Account Executive of the year for 2001 as the Regional Account Executive of the year for 1989, 1993 and 2001. Davis also played a pivotal part of recruitment at an international staffing firm with revenues exceeding 500 million dollars. Hugh has established lasting relationships with individuals across multiple industries including accounting, business development, technology, manufacturing, health care, retail, financial services and other service industries. In addition to a career path which included large national and international organizations, Hugh also has experience within start-up environments as a Founding Member and Marketing Director of a new business incubator and funding source for small businesses.

Hugh holds a BS in Marketing with minors in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Miami University in Oxford, OH and spent time studying internationally in both Luxembourg and London. Hugh has completed two marathons in support of the Arthritis Foundation's Joints in Motion program.

David Peters serves as Vice President of business development .David has been helping companies in the field of recruitment for the past 10 years. David conducts retained searches for manager to executive level positions for small to mid-sized companies seeking to hire exceptional people. Functional areas include sales, finance, accounting, operations and human resources for industries in manufacturing, fabrication, distribution, advertising, medical, transportation, food and technology.

David speaks on topics related to hiring practices as well as presenting his proprietary Recruiting Workshop. Participants learn the most effective hiring and interviewing techniques to increase confidence and improve hiring accuracy. David was previously a partner with RainField Hiring Solutions.  David earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia at George Mason University.

Throughout his career, David has directed and integrated diverse teams including product management, sales support, alliance, field and global marketing, event, brand and communications management. He has demonstrated expertise in bringing companies and people together through dozens of acquisitions with the exceptional ability to quickly promote best practices and to drive integrated teams toward common goals.

Stephen Munson started his career in the recruiting and staffing industry  with a leading full service staffing agencie in the country. Working as a recruiter and bringing in contracts with fortune 1000 companies helped Stephen get the inside track for the staffing world. Stephen was honored to receive “Rookie” of the year by outproducing his entire firm by 37% monthly. Stephen was also titled Account executive of the year for producing the most hires within the outside sales industry. He was later “Crowned” Mr. Monday.....

This prestigious title was ONLY given to him by the firm he worked for because he produced so much within 4 days, why work 5. He now is the VP of Business Development of Recruiting Business LLC, which is a full service recruiting and staffing company that works in various industries with a client base consisting of Fortune 1000 and Inc 500 companies.

Andy Berlin is especially gifted in the area of personal management and working with Business Developers and Clients. Mr. Berlin has a degree in Business Administration from the University Of Georgia. He is a very capable manager & business developer with over ten years experience in the Customer Service industry. Earlier in his career he was an account executive with a publicly traded staffing firm.  During his tenure Mr. Berlin was consistently recognized as a top performer.

Paul J. Randal   Aka: “The Savvy Staffer” is a motivated entrepreneur and professional recruiter, based out of Orlando, Fl.
